Social Media Settings

Social Media Settings in ERPNext provides access to the supported social publishing integrations configured for your site. Availability depends on the ERPNext version and the external platform's current API requirements.

Configure a social integration

1. Open the settings page for the required platform.
2. Enter the application credentials and identifiers issued by that platform.
3. Save the settings and test the connection with a non-sensitive post.
4. Restrict access to users responsible for approved company communication.

Never place social platform secrets in documentation, screenshots, comments, or shared messages. If an integration stops working, verify the external platform's API access, callback URL, permissions, and ERPNext version before replacing credentials.
