Keep NocoDB tables in sync with another base or with external systems.
NocoDB offers two kinds of sync, both accessed from + Create New → Sync in the base sidebar or from Settings → Manage → Sync :
| Use it when | |

| NocoDB Sync | You want a Grid view from another NocoDB base to appear as a continuously updated, read-only table in this base. |
| App Sync | You want to pull data from an external system (GitHub, GitLab, Linear, Zendesk, etc.) into NocoDB. |
Both surfaces share the same list page at Settings → Manage → Sync , with status, last-trigger time, and per-row actions to pause, resume, refresh, edit, or delete.
Availability
- Sync is available on NocoDB Cloud (Plus plan and above) and licensed self-hosted deployments (Business plan and above).
