1. Scope
These terms apply to room64.net and Room64 services that refer to these terms. Please read them before use. If acting for an organization, you must be authorized to do so. Specific written quotations, contracts or product agreements apply to the relevant work and take precedence where they conflict with these general terms.
2. Website information and engagements
Showcase descriptions, examples and articles explain possible approaches to our services. They do not guarantee that every feature is available or suitable for every situation. An inquiry or quotation request does not automatically create an engagement.
Scope, pricing, taxes, delivery dates, payment, handover, ongoing support, cancellation and refunds are governed by the terms agreed for each engagement. Review those terms before paying or starting a paid service.
3. Your responsibilities
Provide reasonably accurate information, hold the rights necessary to use any data or content you supply, and protect accounts and permissions used for integrations. Do not use the website or services unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, send spam or malware, access systems without authorization or disrupt services.
Connecting another person’s account, Page or system requires permission from its owner or authorized representative and compliance with that platform’s terms.
4. AI and third-party services
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a context. Review them before publication, decisions or uses that affect other people. Outputs are not a guarantee of accuracy or a substitute for qualified professional advice.
Connections to Meta, LINE, Google or other software depend on their APIs, permissions, terms and availability. Room64 is independent of Meta and cannot guarantee external platform approval of apps, accounts, advertisements or business verification.
5. Intellectual property
Website content, design and marks belong to Room64 or their respective rights holders. You may view and reference material with attribution within the permissions of applicable law or licenses. Reproduction or commercial use outside those permissions requires authorization.
Rights to customer data, source code and commissioned work are governed by the relevant agreement. Open-source software, documentation and third-party components remain subject to their original licenses and ownership.
6. Personal data
Our Privacy Policy explains personal data handling, and our Data Deletion page explains how to submit deletion requests. Using a service does not remove your statutory data protection rights.
7. Availability and limitations
The website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access. Service levels and liability for commissioned work are governed by the relevant contract and applicable law.
We may restrict or suspend access that violates these terms or affects security as necessary. These terms do not exclude or limit rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
8. Changes and contact
We will display an updated date when these terms change. Changes to agreed project scope must follow the relevant agreement. For questions or disputes about our services, contact hello@room64.net so we can investigate and discuss a resolution.
